To initiate a return, please contact us by chat or email with your order number. Our team will promptly provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, our return address, and return instructions.
Please note that we may request certain information, details, or pictures of the product prior to approving a return.
Exchanges must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. Exchanges require you to place a new order and return your original order. Once the original order is returned to us, it will be refunded in full and the exchange process will be complete. Express shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns are processed and refunded within 48 business hours of receiving them. While refunds are immediate on our end, it may take your bank up to 10 business days to return the funds to your account. Refunds will be returned to your original form of payment.
If your order arrives incomplete, damaged, or broken, please contact us. A brand-new product will be shipped out to you. Do not install or use the product. Our team may request and require information or pictures before sending out a new product.
To cancel an order, please contact us. The order cancellation deadline is 10:30 am EST during weekdays for orders that have not yet shipped. If your order has already shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
