Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase date. A customer must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This form will include a precise return address where the product will be returned as well as detailed instructions on how to do so. Request your RMA form by:
Send your request by live chat support (9AM to 5 PM EST) and a customer service agent will provide you with your RMA number and return shipping instructions
Place an order for the new product(s) you desire by using our online shop or by speaking with one of our sales agents by live chat or phone.
After placing your new order, request a return authorization number (RMA #) and follow the standard return procedure.
Upon receipt of the returned product(s), we will issue a full refund on your initial order. Your new order will ship immediately and arrive within on our advertised shipping times.
If ever upon receipt of your goods you realize that your product is incomplete, damaged, or broken, simply get in touch with our customer service and explain the situation immediately, do not install the part. A brand new product will be shipped out to you along with prepaid return label to send back the original product. The defective product must be returned within the first 30 days.
We usually ship out every order within 24 business hours. If you want to cancel your order, it must be done within that time frame. Once your order is shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
Once your return of product has been approved, a refund will be given using the same payment method. Customers must a give a period of 3 to 5 days before your account is credited. A receipt will be sent to you via email.
We do not take any responsibility for any damage that is done during the installation of the product.
