Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

We designed our return policy to be most convenient, efficient, and easy for our customers. We constantly strive to serve you better and provide you with the best products and services available in the industry.

  • All products must be in the original packaging and condition.
  • All products returned must have a valid RMA # provided to you by our customer service department.
  • Initial shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • A 20% restocking/warehousing fee will be charged on all returned orders.

NOTE: If a product is returned because of a mistake on our end, the shipping fees back to your location will not apply.

Returns Procedure

Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase date. A customer must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This form will include a precise return address where the product will be returned as well as detailed instructions on how to do so. Request your RMA form by:

Exchanges Procedure

Customers have 2 options at their disposal when it comes to exchanging products:

  • Option 1 – Follow our standard return procedures and specify in the form which other product you wish to have. Upon receipt of the product, we will ship out your desired product. If any greater or lower difference adds up, the customer will be charged/credited.
  • Option 2 – Place an order for your desired product by using our online shop or by calling our customer serice. When placing your order, request an RMA form and follow the standard return procedures. Upon receipt of the product, we will issue the refund.

Warranty Procedure

  1. Contact our live chat support (9AM to 5 PM EST) to troubleshoot the problem you are experiencing.
  2. Obtain approval for your warranty claim.
  3. Pay shipping cost for replacement part(s).
  4. Receive replacement part(s) in 2-3 business days.

Incomplete, Damaged, or Broken Products

If ever upon receipt of your goods you realize that your product is incomplete, damaged, or broken, simply get in touch with our customer service and explain the situation immediately, do not install the part. A brand new product will be shipped out to you along with prepaid return label to send back the original product. The defective product must be returned within the first 30 days.

Cancelling Your Order

We usually ship out every order within 24 business hours. If you want to cancel your order, it must be done within that time frame. Once your order is shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

Refunds & Credits

Once your return of product has been approved, a refund will be given using the same payment method. Customers must a give a period of 3 to 5 days before your account is credited. A receipt will be sent to you via email.

We do not take any responsibility for any damage that is done during the installation of the product.
