1. Privacy & Security

1.1 Gathered Information

All information that is gathered on the website, such as your name, company name, address(es), email(s), order details, etc., will be stored in our database which is armed with a highly sophisticated encryption system. We do not keep, record, or store any payment information (credit card number, expiry date, security numbers, or PayPal information). Your personal information will never be sold under any circumstances.

1.2 Use of Gathered Information

Your personal information (including name, addresses, and email) and order information (product(s) ordered) are used for the sole purpose of processing your order and shared only with our payment processors, third-party technology providers, couriers, and order fulfillment centers and partners. Your personal information will never be sold under any circumstances. Your personal information may also be used to provide you with after-sale service including but not limited to order confirmation, shipping confirmation, product exchanges, warranty claims, returns, full or partial refunds, and any other after-sale service required.

1.3 Cookies

Our website uses cookies (unique identifiers) to recognize your device to provide you with an exceptional shopping experience. Cookies help us recommend products to you, remember your preferences, products in your shopping cart, and other similar non-sensitive information. This is a standard feature on the vast majority of the web's major and most trusted websites.

1.4 Security

The security of our customer's personal information is something that we take very seriously. Our data storage system is backed up with a state-of-the-art encryption system. Along with that, we give very limited access to our support staff (order information) and only upper management can access customers' personal information. All payment information, including credit card numbers, expiration dates, security numbers, or PayPal information is secured by our payment processors or PayPal using bank-grade digital security and privacy practices. 2. Pricing

2.1 Price Change

Customers must note that prices on our online store, promotional emails, or any other place(s) where prices are advertised are subject to change at any time and our sole discretion without prior warning.

2.2 Currency

All prices listed are in United States dollars (USD). When purchasing using a foreign currency, your bank, credit card or payment provider will automatically convert the charge using their currency conversion rate on or around the time of the purchase. All refunds (full or partial) to foreign currency payment methods will be issued in USD and will be converted by your bank, credit card, or payment provider automatically using their currency conversion rate on or around the time of the refund.

2.3 Sales Tax

American orders are not subject to sales taxes. All Canadian orders are subject to federal taxes and province or territory-specific sales taxes.

2.4 Special Offers

We reserve the right to use your email to send out promotional emails including but not limited to sales, discount coupons, and new product updates. You can easily unsubscribe from our promotional mailing list at your discretion.

2.5 Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel any order we deem suspicious, fraudulent, incomplete, problematic, or erroneous at any time, without your consent and prior warning.

2.6 Coupon Codes

Orders are limited to one (1) coupon (discount) code. Attempting to use more than one (1) coupon code will invalidate any previous coupon codes redeemed for the same order.

For example, if you use a 10% discount code while shopping and later receive a 5% coupon code for completing our Satisfaction Survey and/or another 10% coupon code for signing up for our newsletter, you will not be able to combine them. You can only use one (1) coupon code per order.

Coupon codes can be applied to site-wide discounts that are pre-applied to prices. Site-wide discounts are not deemed coupon codes.


3. Shipping

3.1 Free Shipping

We offer free shipping to the United States and Canada on all LED and Xenon HID kits, dash cams, jump starters, and all orders over $85.00.

All non-qualifying products, including but not limited to spare parts and accessories, will be subject to a flat $14.95 shipping charge to the United States and Canada for orders below $85.00.

3.2 Free 2-Day Shipping (2-3 business days)

Orders placed before 10 AM EST with Free Shipping (2-3 business days) will ship out the same day and can be expected to be delivered within two (2) or three (3) business days.

Example: An order that is placed on Monday at 9 AM EST will ship out the same day and should be expected by Wednesday or Thursday.

Orders placed after 10 AM EST with Free Shipping (2-3 business days) will ship out the next day and can be expected within two (2) or three (3) business days from the shipping date.

Example: An order that is placed on Monday at 3 PM EST will ship out the next day (Tuesday) and should be expected by Thursday or Friday.

Orders placed on Friday after 10 AM EST or over the weekend with the Free Shipping option will be shipped out on the following Monday and can be expected on Wednesday or Thursday. For more information please visit our Shipping Policy.

3.3 Expedited Shipping (1-2 business days)

XenonPro.com offers an Expedited Shipping service for $14.95 that guarantees delivery within 1 to 2 business days from the shipping date.

Orders placed before 10 AM EST with Expedited Shipping (1-2 business days) will ship out the same day and can be expected to be delivered within one (1) or two (2) business days.

Example: An order that is placed on Monday at 9 AM EST will ship out the same day and should be expected by Tuesday or Wednesday.

Orders placed after 10 AM EST with Expedited Shipping (1-2 business days) will ship out the next day and can be expected within one (1) or two (2) business days from the shipping date.

Example: An order that is placed on Monday at 3 PM EST will ship out the next day (Tuesday) and should be expected by Wednesday or Thursday.

Orders placed on Friday after 10 AM EST or over the weekend with the Expedited Shipping option will be shipped out on the following Monday and can be expected on Tuesday or Wednesday. For more information please visit our Shipping Policy.

3.4 Business Days

Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or holidays.

3.5 Holidays

While we may remain open during holidays, our shipping partners do not operate. If your order is estimated to arrive on a holiday, please expect your order to arrive on the next business day.

For example, if you ordered on Monday, your package would be estimated to be delivered two to three business days later (Wednesday or Thursday). If Christmas Day falls on either Wednesday or Thursday, your package may be only delivered on Friday.

3.6 International Orders & Shipping

We currently do not offer our product selection internationally (outside of the U.S. and Canada) and we do not offer international shipping directly on our online store. For international ordering and shipping quotes, please Contact Us.

3.7 Refusing/Rejecting Delivery

Any order that is refused or rejected upon delivery will not be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund. All refused or rejected orders will be destroyed by our shipping partner upon return to their warehouse.

If you did not cancel your order on time, you wish to modify your order or simply no longer want your order, you must accept the delivery and go through our normal return and exchange procedure.

3.8 Unclaimed Deliveries

If you are unable to accept your order upon delivery, it will be made available for pickup by our delivery partner. It is the customer’s responsibility to pick up their order within the hold time frame (typically 7 days).

If you cannot collect your order from the pickup location within the hold time frame, you must contact our shipping partner to request a deadline extension.

If you fail to collect your order within the hold time frame and/or to make arrangements for a deadline extension, the order will be deemed refused/rejected and will be destroyed by our shipping partner.

As per our Terms & Conditions, refused/rejected orders are not eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.

3.9 Shipping Delays

We reserve the right to delay any order to confirm or verify order details, payment, billing information, or any other information we deem necessary before shipment.

We are not responsible for delayed shipping times as a result of the courier's errors during the shipping and handling of your product or as a result of a strike. We are not responsible for delayed shipping times as a result of extraordinary events such as extreme weather conditions (snow storms, hurricanes, floods, earthquakes, tornados, etc.) or war and terrorism-related events.

3.10 Signature Required

Orders of $200 or more will require a signature upon delivery to protect your package and prevent theft. This extra safety measure cannot be removed. You may inquire with our shipping partners directly to deliver the package without a signature in which case XenonPro will not be liable for any lost or undelivered packages.

3.11 Providing A Wrong Address

It is the customer's sole responsibility to provide us with an accurate, full, and complete address. An administrative and re-shipment fee of $39.99 will apply if you provide us with a wrong or incomplete address that results in your order being returned to us or shipped to the wrong address or unit/apartment/suite.


4. Warranty

4.1 What's covered?

All our complete HID and LED headlight and fog light conversion kits, as well as our complete dashcams and portable jump starters, are covered by our industry-best lifetime warranty.

Our warranty covers defective bulbs, parts, and components for HID/LED lighting kits and defective cameras, jump starters, and accessories for dashcams, and portable jump starters.

4.2 What's not covered?

Our warranty does not cover bulbs, dashcams, portable jump starters, parts, accessories, and components that are damaged or broken during installation, normal wear, and tear, car accidents, or as a result of extraordinary circumstances including but not limited to hurricanes, floods, tsunamis, earthquakes, theft, vandalism, wars, and acts of terrorism.

Partial kits (bulbs only) and individually purchased accessories and components (ballasts, harnesses, capacitors, etc.) are not covered by our lifetime warranty. A 1-year limited warranty covers these items.

Orders for which the payment is disputed with the credit card company will no longer be covered by our warranty program. Disputing the payment will automatically void your product warranty.

4.3 Normal Wear and Tear

Our Lifetime Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. Lighting kits (bulbs, drivers, ballasts, capacitors, etc.) have a finite life and unfortunately do not last forever. LED bulbs typically last between 2.5 and 10 years while HID bulbs typically last between 2 and 7 years.

If your bulb burns out or if a component of the lighting kit fails within its typical lifespan, it is considered to be normal wear and tear and will not be covered by our Lifetime Warranty.

4.4 What's the cost?

Replacement bulbs, cameras, jump starters, parts, accessories, and/or components will be replaced free of charge, however, customers will be responsible for covering shipping charges of $39.99.

4.5 Returning defective items

Customers will not be required to return defective component(s) under normal circumstances. We may request that you return a defective product to us for testing and analysis in a warranty abuse and misuse case.

4.6 Supporting Documentation

We reserve the right to ask for pictures, videos, or any other information we deem necessary when assessing warranty claims. Failure to provide us with any information requested or to troubleshoot the issue at hand may void your warranty or invalidate your claim. In most cases, the item is not defective and simply requires some troubleshooting.

4.7 Abuse & Misuse

Abuse and misuse of our warranty program will result in the immediate termination of your product's warranty. In extreme situations and if deemed necessary, we reserve the right to void the warranty of all your orders and products. We reserve the right to request that you return the defective product for analysis and testing before sending a replacement.

Abuse and misuse includes but is not limited to making a warranty claim for a functional product, for a product that stopped working or is damaged from a non-covered situation (described above), etc.


5. Other

5.1 Guaranteed Fitment

We guarantee that the bulbs you receive will be an exact match to your car's factory bulbs and that the locking tabs will align perfectly with factory bulbs. Given that HID and LED bulbs contain extra components not found in halogen bulbs (including but not limited to micro-fans, ballasts, drivers, etc.) some vehicles with a smaller headlight or fog light housing and/or dust covers may require minor modifications to complete the installation. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that installing an HID or LED conversion kit is feasible before ordering.

Some vehicles, including but not limited to Audis, BMWs, Volkswagens, and Mercedes', may require adapters/retainers/clips for the bulb socket. Said adapters/retainers/clips may impact installation and fitment, and are not included in our LED and HID headlight bulb conversion kits. It is the customer's responsibility to acquire said adapters/retainers/clips and to ensure they are compatible with our LED and HID bulbs and products before ordering.

5.2 Plug And Play

All of our HID and LED headlight/fog light conversion kits are designed to be extremely easy to configure and install once you have access to your vehicle's headlight or fog light housing. Accessing the headlight or fog light housing is different for each vehicle. While it is generally easy to access the headlight or fog light housing in most vehicles, it is more complex in some cars and trucks. It is the customer's responsibility to know and understand the procedure before ordering.

5.3 Installation & Other Related Costs

XenonPro will not be held responsible for any professional or other costs related to the installation of our products. By hiring a third party (mechanic, dealership, etc.) to install or configure any product purchased from us, the customer assumes full responsibility for the third party's costs.

XenonPro will not be held responsible for any other expenses related to the installation including but not limited to damaging related parts or components, damaging tools, etc.

5.4 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

XenonPro will accept your return or exchange request for any eligible product you are not happy or satisfied with. Returns and exchanges under our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee are subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.
