The Accord Sedan, Coupe, and Crosstour share all the same bulbs with the exception of two - the very important headlight low beam bulbs and the reverse (back-up) light bulb. We make the distinction between them in the size charts and unless specified, the bulbs are the same for all three body types.

The high beams are easily accessible from the hood but the low beams are quite tricky to access. This video will show you a technique that passes through the wheel hub. If you do a lot of nighttime driving or have difficulty seeing at night, we recommend upgrading your high beams from halogen to LED or HID bulbs. They will produce more light and last longer than replacement bulbs. For smaller interior bulbs, we recommend LEDs.

No. Aftermarket assemblies typically use different bulb sizes. Consult with the assembly manufacturer for the right bulb size(s).
You will need a 10mm wrench or drill, plastic clip removal tool, flat blade screwdriver, and Phillips head screwdriver. We also recommend wearing gloves to prevent getting fingerprints on the bulbs.
